Shipping Policy

West Malaysia Rates
All order amounts will be delivered at RM10 for orders within/under 1kg.
Each kg will increase RM1 for orders over 1kg.
FREE SHIPPING for order 3 sets and above.

East Malaysia Rates
All order amounts will be delivered at RM15 for orders within/under 1kg.
Each kg will increase RM1 for orders over 1kg.
FREE SHIPPING for order 6 sets and above.
Kindly note that self-collection is not available. 
 
Domestic Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time frame?
Do expect at least 3-5 working days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to the courier company. (Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days)

During online sales period, festive season or holiday season, there might be unexpected delay in order fulfillment.

For West Malaysia address, kindly expect the following:
– Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days with J&T upon dispatch goods.
For East Malaysia address, kindly expect the logistic company to reach you in next 5-10 working days. upon dispatch goods.

For Singapore address, kindly expect the courier company will reach you in next 3-5 working days, depending on SG custom clearance upon dispatch goods.

International Shipping Policy
We do ship to Singapore.

If your shipping address is in Singapore
Shipping fee is flat rate MYR50 (approx. SGD17) for within/under 1kg.
The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). Customer are responsible if there’s any duty or tax fees involved. Our courier partner will get in touch with customer if there are any duties to be paid.

In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Offspring does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
