Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the order confirmation and the goods have to be in a good condition.
The packaging should also be in its original condition in its original shipping container. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be a refund. ANETOS will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 days after confirmation.
